Milk + Whey Post W/O to Build Muscle?

Hi,

Should i drink Whey Protein(30 gms) after a Workout or Milk(Pro- 10g ) + Whey (pro- 20g) post W/O?
And should i have 3 dates after my W/O to refill muscle glycogen?Should there be a gap b/w dates and protein?
Do i have to take it immediately after my W/O or can i take a bath and then take it(10 mins) ?


Please help.
